A full day "primer" on the fundamentals of affirmative action in employment covering the history and authority of the Executive Order program, including what employers are covered, what they are required to do, how the OFCCP audits compliance, and sanctions OFCCP can impose for non-compliance, a summary of the OFCCP audit process, a detailed discussion of the discrimination law OFCCP applies, and the process of writing and implementing affirmative action programs, including writing the narrative and organizational profile, developing job groups, performing availability analysis and utilization analysis, and developing goals, timetables and good faith efforts.
