MiX Original Online Emotion Recognition Training helps lawyers to assess the credibility and truthfulness of witnesses and jurors and provides attorneys a marked advantage in Voir Dire, depositions, and cross examinations. Having the ability to detect bias and deception with predictability can uncover attitudes that can be dangerous in a case.
Through the training, participants in the legal field will learn how to recognize microexpressions and to read facial expressions of emotion. Scientifically proven to be expressed universally across all people of all cultures, microexpressions only last a fraction of a second and usually occur in high stakes situations, such as in a deposition or interview.
The knowledge obtained through the MiX training can help lawyers with depositions, Voir Dire and cross examination of witnesses and suspects when assessing their credibility. In addition, participants will be able to spot weaknesses in witnesses during depositions, gain information while negotiating, and learn how to spot sympathies and resentments during jury selection.
This training is beneficial to all attorneys and professionals, including trial lawyers, negotiators and transactional lawyers and litigators.
