Description
The Pocket MBA for Lawyers is a four day program that helps lawyers to speak the language of their business clients. Participants will enhance their ability to understand: financial statements; valuation methods; and strategic frameworks. They will also learn how to manage work relationships effectively and develop methods for making effective decisions. This program provides a curriculum designed for immediate application, teaching skills that can be used that day.
