May 20, 2013 - May 21, 2013
CLE - Live Seminar
USA
Description
Approaching ERISA from a litigation perspective, this program emphasizes the practical, not the theoretical. This National Institute is for litigators and benefits practitioners who wish to further their knowledge of the substantive and most recent case law. For ERISA specialists who draft plan language and render advice about plan administration, the program provides tips for minimizing litigation risk. Learn tips and techniques from successful, experienced plaintiff and defense ERISA litigators. In addition, hear from key players at the Department of Labor (EBSA Assistant Secretary Phyllis Borzi amongst others) about the Department’s enforcement priorities and views on recent developments in the law.
