If law firms are to gain competitive advantage over their rivals they must ensure that they are consistently delivering what their clients require and doing this better than their rivals. To do this will depend on their ability to attract, retain and develop outstanding performers.
Unless a law firm is able to offer competitive rewards in its market, then it risks losing its best people and being unable to recruit the top talent.
