iPad for Litigators
May 23, 2013
CLE - Live Webcast

Description
In just two years, the iPad has gone from being a toy used to play games or browse the web to a real productivity tool lawyers can use in their practice. Today, many litigators are ditching their laptops and complicated trial technology setups in favor of the iPad, which is increasingly being used in the courtroom. The iPad's compact design, combined with its versatility and power, makes it a surprisingly useful tool in hearings and at trial, both for pretrial preparation as well as presentation of evidence at trial. In this session, our speakers will demonstrate the many ways litigators can use the iPad to prepare for and conduct hearings and trials, including the following:
•Doing legal research
•Conducting depositions
•Picking juries
•Presenting evidence at hearings and in trial
•iPad accessories you'll need in the courtroom
