Experience/Cases

OSI was formed in 2001 by Jeff Williams and Tom Kane. The three Western managers within OSI have over 70 years of combined worldwide investigative and security consulting experience as Special Agents with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and the FBI; and then as commercial investigative and security consultants with Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations Service.

Jeff was previously recognized by Pinkerton U.S.A. as their Worldwide Investigations Managing Director of the Year in 1997 and as the Pinkerton International Manager of the Year - Leadership Award in 1998. Additionally, he was inducted into the USAF Office of Special Investigations Special Agent/Counterintelligence Hall of Fame in Washington D.C. on April 16th, 2009, the 19th in OSI's 60 year history.

They have conducted hundreds of due-diligence, litigation support and asset tracing investigations, Philippines-wide. They have also conducted many risk assessments, security surveys, VIP protection, crisis management and security audits for numerous U.S. Fortune 500 companies entering into or already operating in the Philippines, to include within high risk areas of the southern Philippines. They are supported by Mr. Robert L. Heafner, a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation , who spent his last nine years with the Bureau as the Legal Attaché at the U.S. Embassy, Manila, retiring in 1998. They are supported by an experienced and seasoned staff of eighteen local investigative and security consultants.
