Since our founding in 2008, Lloyd Michaux has established itself as a leading court reporting firm - specializing in realtiming complex hi-tech IP depositions - with a reputation for accuracy and quality.

This has seen us retained on numerous large and high-profile assignments, including some of the Taiwan's largest hi-tech IP related US court and ITC section 337 matters. These assignments often required triple tracking reporters over many weeks, with the provision of realtime, daily drafts and video to both parties as standard. Final deliverables included E-Transcripts, hard copy transcripts, electronic exhibit copies and ASCII files with hyperlinked exhibits in various formats, including LiveNote and Summation.

Founded in 2008 by Nicky Misso, one of the region's leading court reporters, Nicky has assembled the most experienced hi-tech IP team in the region. Lloyd Michaux has been retained on numerous large and high-profile assignments, including some of the regions largest hi-tech IP related US court and ITC section 337 matters. Examples include:

TSMC v SMIC - one of the region's most high-profile hi-tech matters - between the world's largest and third largest semiconductor foundries. Lloyd Michaux was retained exclusively by one side to cover all of their Asia depositions. We ended up covering upwards of 60 days of depositions. On a number of occasions, this required the triple tracking of reporters. The terminology was very technical in nature. Realtime reporting, as well as daily cleaned-up drafts, were provided to both sides on all depositions. We also provided E-Transcripts, hard copy transcripts, hyperlinked electronic transcripts and video as standard to both sides

We also worked with Alston + Bird - Silicon Valley office - on another large ITC section 337 investigation involving 8 weeks of depositions with the multiple tracking of reporters. We provided realtime reporting, expedited turnaround (5 business days) and daily cleaned-up drafts for all depositions. We also provided E-Transcripts, hyperlinked electronic transcripts, hard copy deliverables, video and video synchronization
