The firm has extensive advisory experience in a range of complex domestic and cross-border debt and equity transactions which enables it to take on the most difficult challenges in the area of banking and finance. It also has a track record of providing tailored solutions for the specific needs of its clients which includes advising Adria Mobil on a EUR 24 million bond issue, advising ACH on EUR 73.5 million overall debt refinancing and creation of new insurance policies with VTB Bank. The firm’s recent highlights include advising the last chairman of the board of a Slovenian private bank “Factor banka” in a dispute against Bank of Slovenia regarding legality of exceptional measures of Bank of Slovenia, which led to termination of the two Slovenian private banks, including Factor banka. The firm also advised Ferratum Bank p.l.c. on cross-border consumer loans. The firm’s clients include banks such as Raiffeisenlandesbank Kärnten, Russian VTB bank, Intesa San Paolo, VTB Bank, ABANKA, Eurobank Ergasias S.A., with drafting and reviewing of credit facility agreements, drafting and reviewing of pledge agreements, warranties, bonds issuance, taxation etc.
