Massachusetts Drunk Driving Defense Lawyer
they’re soccer moms, doctors, lawyers, construction workers and each one of them is important to me. I don’t judge them, I defend them. I started in the district attorney’s office in 1997; I was an assistant D. A. for six years. That helped
me prepare my cases on the defense side because I know what the police are going to say before they say it and I know the strategies that are going to be deployed by the prosecuting attorney against my client. If the police determine that you failed the field sobriety test, that very rarely means anything. The tests are unreliable, they are giving to people who shouldn’t take them do to their age, their height, their weight, you may have injuries, you’re out on the side of the road in the middle of the night, the lighting is poor, the road conditions are poor, they are not good indicators of whether you are under the influence and those tests do not hold up during cross examination. Eight out of ten cases I defend people on either end up a not guilty verdict or a dismissal. When you can’t afford a guilty, call my office.
