    The New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar covers the Eastern District of Louisiana. It is comprised of the following parishes in Louisiana: Jefferson, Lafourche, Plaquemines, Orleans, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, and Washington. The chapter was chartered in 1937 and has grown to be the largest chapter in the Fifth Circuit.
