Professional Experience

I am a true clinician. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a clinical doctorate and began my career working in foster care and then LA county inpatient mental health early on. Thereafter, I transferred to Northridge Hospital where i began my training and work with personality Disorders, addiction and developed a mental health program that we later instituted at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 1997. I have been in the field since 1991 and have built a very successful fee for service private practice. My patient population is working with high profile, wealthy adults as a psychotherapist. I work in a long term capacity as well as teach and supervise psychotherapy interns. My clients range from the general psychotherapy client to being involved with clients that have a history of experience in sex addiction, divorce, relationship and most mental syndromes (Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders). I also have a focus on family systems where I work closely with couples getting divorced and their attorneys in a clinical manner as well as when the cases go to court or trial. I have been a contributor on news television as well.
