  • Knoxville - University of Tennessee College of Law Library

The University of Tennessee College of Law opened its doors in 1890, but it has never been better than it is today. For more than 110 years the Tennessee faculty have been dedicated to training competent, ethical attorneys. As the practice of law has changed, the curriculum has changed to keep pace with the evolving demands of the profession. However, the fundamental tasks -- "the development of skills, the nurture of intellect, and the molding of character" -- have never changed. The College of Law teaches its students to think, write, and speak like lawyers, providing them with a complete legal education.

  • Memphis - Memphis State University, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law Library

The faculty at The University of Memphis School of Law have distinguished themselves by their commitment to teaching and to legal research and scholarship. Thirteen members of the faculty have earned graduate law degrees (LL.M) and five faculty members have served as graduate law clerks for federal appellate and trial judges. Several faculty members have been elected to the American Law Institute and others serve as consultants to judicial commissions and active participants in state and national bar associations.

  • Nashville - Vanderbilt University Law School Library

With a collection of over 600,000 volumes and access to leading legal electronic resources, the Alyne Queener Massey Law Library supports the curriculum, the research interests of the students and faculty, and the editorial needs of three student publications. The library is also a select depository for U.S. government documents. As part of Vanderbilt University's Jean and Alexander Heard Library, the Massey Law Library provides access to a broad range of non-legal resources, including business, science, and medical publications.
