San Francisco personal injury attorney Sally Morin has in-depth experience as a personal injury lawyer. Sally and her team have received a significant financial recovery for clients in cases ranging from pedestrian accidents to bicycle injuries, to motorcycle crash cases. Specifically, in just the last few years, Sally has handled a million-dollar pedestrian injury case against Yellow Cab in San Francisco, a three-quarter of a million motorcycle case against a road construction company and a quarter of a million-dollar personal injury case against a Bay Area transportation company in Daly City.
Prior to starting her own firm, Sally was an associate (and then Of Counsel attorney) with the Millar & Associates APLC, where she focused on representing injured persons in personal injury cases and tenants in wrongful eviction actions. From 1997-1999 Sally was a Deputy District Attorney with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office in the juvenile department. In her early years of practice, Sally also worked as a sole practitioner on federal Clean Water Act cases with various environmental organizations in the Bay Area.
Sally received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Golden Gate University in 1997. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1997 and the Hawaii State Bar in November 2009. Sally resides in San Francisco, and in her spare time enjoys surfing, rock climbing, cycling, adventure travel and walking her dog, Terra.
